Background
Dr. Zill e Shams s a passionate advocate for women in STEM earned a PhD degree in mathematics at CASPAM, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan. She was awarded with fully funded research Support fellowship to pursue her doctoral research at University of Exeter, UK. She is a full faculty member at Department of Mathematics, The Women University, Multan and an active member of Mathematical Societies of national and international level. With expertise spanning graph theory, optimization theory, and interdisciplinary applications of mathematics, Dr. Zill e Shams has published extensively in high-impact journals. She is Focal Person of Two International Conference on Mathematics for a Sustainable Future and organized many seminars and webinars for emerging trends in mathematics. As a recipient of many fully funded CIMPA grant, they have represented women mathematicians on global platforms. She is dedicated to mentoring young women in STEM, breaking barriers, and fostering inclusive academic environments to inspire the next generation of innovators and leaders.
