Dr. Naima Iltaf is the Head of Research at the Military College of Signals (MCS), a constituent college of the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad, Pakistan. She holds a PhD in Recommender Systems and Distributed Systems from NUST, completed between November 2008 and August 2013.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Dr. Iltaf’s research focuses on Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Recommender Systems, and Machine Learning. She has authored more than 45 publications in international peer-reviewed impact factor journals and has supervised over 6 PhD and 40 MS students. Her excellence in academia is recognized through several honors, including the Best Researcher Award in 2020 and the Best Teacher Award in 2018. Additionally, she has secured funding for numerous projects, serving as Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator.
Dr. Iltaf’s contributions significantly advance research and education in her areas of expertise, enhancing the academic standing of MCS and NUST.
